Handmade Thai Green Curry Marshmallow

Yes, really. And yes, it works. Fragrant lemongrass, green chilli warmth, and the subtle richness of coconut , flavours that you feel have no business being in a marshmallow, but we think differently here at Mallowdramatic and trust us when we say they feel completely at home here.

A light and tender coconut and lime marshmallow is swirled with a homemade ginger and lemongrass syrup, a touch of green tabasco and finished with toasted coconut, fresh lime zest and coriander.

Handcrafted in small batches in Yorkshire, this is Mallowdramatic at its most audacious. Not sweet in the traditional sense, but deeply satisfying in a way you won't stop thinking about. This is what happens when you refuse to follow the rules.

For best results - Store in the fridge. Eat at room temperature.

Natural Coconut Essence. Natural Lime Essence. Sea Salt. Food Colouring (E422 Glycerol, E1520 Propylene Glycol, E551 Silicon Dioxide. Food Colour: E104 Quinoline Yellow, E171 Titanium Dioxide, E133 Blue FCF, E102 Tartrazine). Sunflower Oil.
