Here at Mallowdramatic we literally jump out of bed every morning with the sole ambition of whipping up and delivering the freshest, fluffiest, most flavoursome melt in the mouth marshmallow out there. We are a family run business who puts it all into ensuring our customers satisfaction is a priority, but we must accept that mistakes happen or sometimes things just work against us, but rest assured we will ALWAYS try our hardest to put this right whether that be by arranging replacements or a refund.
It is important to state that due to our marshmallows being so fresh and fluffy this makes them very delicate and left for too long once opened their quality will deteriorate. It is due to this that we can only accept returns within 3 days of our products being delivered.
If you find that your order is wrong or it has arrived damaged please try to take a photograph and do not hesitate to get in touch immediately by contacting us at johnshort@mallowdramatic.co.uk within 3 days of receipt where we would be happy to discuss things privately.
