Warmly spiced, gently sweet, and with that distinctive cream cheese finish that makes carrot cake so beloved, all captured in a cloud-soft handcrafted marshmallow made in Yorkshire.

A spiced cloud of marshmallow is swirled with a homemade carrot caramel, candied walnuts and coated in dehydrated carrot cake. The kind of flavour that feels like a Sunday afternoon.
