Delivery

Every Mallowdramatic marshmallow is made fresh to order, so we process and dispatch as quickly as we can. We offer a standard delivery service (2–4 working days from dispatch), with free delivery on orders over £40.

We'd also be delighted to discuss bespoke orders, events, or corporate enquiries — just get in touch.

Returns

We can only offer refunds on orders that arrive damaged or have been received in error. Please contact us as soon as possible, and photographs will help us resolve things quickly.

As our marshmallows are handmade and perishable, we're unable to offer refunds outside of these circumstances.
