We reserve the right to withdraw our discounts at any time.

We will never share your information with any outside parties.

Delivery

Here at Mallowdramatic we aim to process and dispatch orders as fast as possible to deliver you guys the freshest, tastiest marshmallow out there. We offer a standard delivery service (2-4 day from dispatch) and orders over £50 will be shipped for free.

We would also be delighted to discuss any bespoke orders, requests and events so feel free to get in touch.

Returns

We can only offer refunds to orders that arrive damaged or have been received in error. Please contact us straight away, any photographs would help speed up the process.

As our items are perishable we are unable to offer refunds for any other circumstances.
