Hi, I’m John. I’ve always believed that food should be an exploration, a philosophy that led me to the delicate, often overlooked art of the marshmallow. For me, crafting the perfect confection isn't just about sugar—it’s about the uncompromising quality of handcrafted flavours.

For the past 13 years, my partner Bec and I have traveled the globe, immersing ourselves in diverse culinary cultures. From hidden spice markets to world-class patisseries, every stamp in our passport serves as inspiration for our ever-evolving menu. We don’t just make marshmallows; we bring the world’s finest flavors home to you, one gourmet cloud at a time.

Here at Mallowdramatic we aim to process and dispatch orders as fast as possible to deliver you guys the freshest, tastiest marshmallow out there. We offer a standard delivery service (2-4 days from dispatch) and orders over £50 will be shipped for free.
