Ube! The vibrant purple yam beloved across the Philippines for its distinctive custardy, vanilla-like sweetness, paired with the soft, slightly sweet crumb of pandesal bread rolls and a deep toffee finish. Genuinely unlike anything you'll find anywhere else in the UK.

Handcrafted in small batches in Yorkshire, this is what happens when Mallowdramatic looks beyond the expected and finds something extraordinary. A celebration of Filipino flavour, made with the same obsessive craft that runs through everything we do.

Nature-Identical Ube Flavour (Lactones, Yam Oils, Yam Extract, And Propylene Glycol), Water, Propylene Glycol, FD & C E127, E129, E133). Sea Salt. Monosodium glutamate. Sunflower Oil.
