Our most decorated marshmallow, and our most indulgent. The warmth of malt, the deep amber sweetness of caramel, and the satisfying crunch of popcorn — all folded into something impossibly soft.

Handcrafted in small batches in Yorkshire, this award-winning artisan marshmallow was named Best Confectionery in Yorkshire 2025 — and we had three of the five finalists that year. This is the one that won.

For best results - Store in the fridge. Eat at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGIES: Sugar. Malted Caramel (Sugar, Double Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Malt Powder (Wheat, Barley, Milk), Tahitian Vanilla Extract, Salt). Popcorn (Maize, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower, in varying proportions), Salt). Corn Syrup. Water. Gelatine Powder (Beef). Icing Sugar. Cornflour. Tahitian Vanilla Extract. Sea Salt. Sunflower Oil.
