Made in small batches in Yorkshire, this award-winning artisan marshmallow is the one that converts people who think they don't like marshmallows. The contrast between the fluffy texture and the sharp lemon is the whole point — and it works spectacularly.

For best results - Store in the fridge. Eat at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGIES: Sugar. Glucose Syrup 100% (Derived from corn). Water. Gelatine Powder (Beef). Icing Sugar. Cornflour. Sherbet - Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Cornflour, Acids (Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Anti-Caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate), Flavourings, Colour (Anthocyanins). Homemade Tahitian Vanilla Extract. Natural Lemon Essence. Sea Salt. Sunflower Oil. Food Colouring (E422 glycerol, E1520 propylene glycerol, E551 silicon dioxide, food colour: E104 quinoline yellow, E102, tartrazine.)
