Handmade Jaffa Cake Marshmallow

Is it a cake? Is it a biscuit? It's a marshmallow — and possibly the best form a Jaffa Cake has ever taken. Dark chocolate, zesty orange, and that distinctive sponge, all wrapped up in a cloud-soft handcrafted marshmallow made in Yorkshire.

This one is definitely our labour of love as it involves peeling LOTS of Jaffa Cakes and it's worth every second.

For anyone who's ever eaten a whole packet of Jaffa Cakes in one sitting. You know who you are.
